I had the great opportunity to direct an animated short film for the Heartland Film Festival. “Extraterrestrial” is the short that played before all of the films at the festival. The film is about a lone astronaut who’s stuck in a precarious situation and must find it within himself to solve a way out. I wanted to have a fun twist to the ending to play off of the title. Alongside a small team of three others, we were able to pull off this film in about 5 months.
